I have always been a person who finds it difficult to talk about what I feel or what I think, but I find it much easier to write, for me it is a much more personal language. But if you ask me: What is your opinion about killing stray dogs for prevent sanitary problems and snimals over population? myy answer is no, no one has the right to take the life of any individual nor has the right to have a say or decide about the body of another, therefore, it is not the solution to kill animals to prevent diseases or other problems, a long-term solution would instead be to take care of the stray animals and sterilize them all, and put them in the process of adoption under protected tenure. But if we only dedicate ourselves to eliminating animals, apart from being cruel, it is not a long-term solution, it is rather a bad patch for a very deep wound.
